1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities and rights of students at Binary Language School concerning the Portuguese language test (CIPLE) and related programs. Your registration signifies your acceptance of these terms, which are in accordance with Portuguese law, particularly the regulations set by CAPLE (Centro de Avaliação de Português Língua Estrangeira).

2. Test Requirements

3. Certificate Use and Misuse

Binary Language School disclaims any responsibility for the misuse of the CIPLE certificate. Students are required to use the certificate ethically and in accordance with the intended purpose. Misuse may lead to legal repercussions.

4. Attendance Policy

Attendance is crucial for success! Students must adhere to the course schedule as outlined by instructors. Consistent participation is necessary to fulfill course requirements.

5. Certificate Issuance

Upon successful completion of the course and exam, students will receive their certificate directly from CAPLE. This typically occurs within approximately two weeks after the exam. Please note: Binary Language School is not responsible for any delays in certificate issuance by CAPLE, as the timing is subject to their policies and procedures.

5.1 Alternative Certification

Students wishing to obtain an A2 level certificate without taking the exam may do so by providing proof of 150 hours of attendance at an accredited school or center in Portugal or another Portuguese-speaking country.
